Mercernary / Adventurer
The Merc / Adv is hired and will start with money and equipment of variating quality.
Any equipment or skill requested before the start of the game costs 2 equipment points each.
Players will get six skill points for the skills requested and may be used to level up those skills.

Prisoner
The Prisoner will not start with any money and any equipment requested will be of horrible quality.
Any equipment or skill requested before the start of the game costs 1 equipment points.
Any skill or ability choosen this way will be at level 0. All starting stats are multiplied by 1.5.

Fortress Guard
The Guard is paid for as long as he is alive. Equipment are of higher quality.
Any equipment or skill requested before the start of the game costs 2 equipment points. Exception to the rule:
any melee combat skill will cost 1 equipment point and any weaponary tied to that skill will cost 1 equipment point.
Players will get six skill points for the skills requested and may be used to level up those skills.

Special
Special are for types / races that can't be classified within these three categories.
Special care is taken for them.
